I wanted to try playing offline so I do not disturb or make people's experience worse if I play offline since I am a total beginner.

So, my issue occurs only when playing offline for some reason. When playing offline profile, after I press "create local" and select "Tutorial" mode, I press "DEPLOY". Its says the the server is starting, and when its supposed to, it just closes and sends me to my desktop.

The only thing I have tried is cluelessly installind DirectX 9. I have just ran the setup for it to install. Do I need to put the DirectX 9 into the game folder or is it another problem?

EDIT:Seems this issue occurs every time I try to create a local server. I tried it on my onlinne proifle

It happens only with tutorial?

Tutorial is not released. Its included so people can work on it externally easier.
