Servers are responsible for unbanning.
You can request a unban for HOG on their website:
https://hogclangaming.com/index.php/forum/ban-appeals

Provide your PR Account ID (Open PR Launcher > Support > Account) and paste it to your appeal, this will speed up the appeal process for you.
