Unsure about part of bf2editor installation

Hi there. I just got into mapping, and during Rhino's setup tutorial for bf2editor there's a part where it says: "copy the "bf2editor" folder out of "\project reality\mods\pr\readme" and paste it into your Project Reality folder, overwriting the folder with the new one." Apparently this is supposed to give me updated object spawners.
The problem is that I can't find any such filepath. I can find up to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr", but there doesn't seem to be a readme file that I can find in the "pr" folder. I used the PREI program to do most of the steps, so I initially assumed that perhaps it had already done it for me, but as I've been toying around with the editor I've noticed that when I try to place object spawners for PR vehicles only a colored blue cube appears instead of any physical vehicle model.
Is that the way it's supposed to be? Or do I really have bad object spawners? If so, how do I find those files I need to copy? I'd really appreciate any assistance y'all can give with this.
