i was playing on =hog= couple days ago on fallujah west on my only pc i was getting a fps drop i can run newer games without this here are my specs
Processor: AMD FX 8350
RAM: Corsair 16GB DDR3
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 2.0
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Video Card: EVGA GTX 1060 3GB

Your CPU is struggling.

AMD better for multi core usage which PR doesn't really do. Aside from that make sure you have adequate cooling, if your temps are getting high you will suffer.
