List of things/ways people get killed

To be edited and expanded. Top things that get people killed
1.) Running past hidden friendlies
2.) Sitting still while being shot at
3.) Firing for too long without moving
4.) Being isolated under fire as a perfect distraction without support from friendly to kill for you
5.) Moving forward without somebody using you as bait to save you, nobody covering movement
6.) Bunching up, everyone digging on one thing, not being in "1 man hit per tank shell spread"
7.) Not taking cover
8.) Complacency
9.) No Security
10.) Not expecting to be attacked, not being mentally ready
11.) Not using camouflage
12.) Stand out the most drawing the most attention, others not sharing the responsibility of distraction of firing and moving to grab enemy attention
13.) 4 Tanks + 4 APCs + jeeps and logis not working together in view of objective with defensive super FOBs that can also send projectiles into enemy objective, not maxing out all possible support with MAXIMUM weapons, skills, firing procedures to control enemy (Combat Techniques of Fire), time/amount of eyes scanning different directions etc.
14.) Not noticing enemy due to not scanning aggressively for anything suspect, not checking peeking pixels with bullet tap to see if it dies or hides.
15.) Not using pre-fire to dominate, making a situation only 50/50 chance of survival with accurate fire without suppression as door is sliced, bushes approached. Send rounds into the door, every new angle cleared gets a bullet till enemy hit. Buddy team needed, 1 man pre-fire, 2nd covers his reload if mag expended before all angles cleared. Save grenades.

Armor not sweeping bushes/tree lines/other camouflage/berms/corners/windows/rooftops with all armor COAXs firing when dominating with all tanks and intel superiority reporting off enemy armor sound directions. Armor not in view of each other as a mutually supporting booby trap, if having multiple defensive super FOBs, armor adding onto separate positions for TOW/AA/HMG support from super FOBs and of objective. Using view distance fog to advantage.
18.) Not using the 1 man hit per tank shell spread. 1 man hit per tank shell, make the tank miss and use more than 8 shells to kill a full squad.
19.) Lining up behind each other in formation making a sweet shot for multiple within a machine guns sight width.
20.) Not locking down the air with Anti-air alarms, not using full potential of any tactics. But with AA, not wasting enemy flares, not using the alarm as a weapon, not using distanced mutually supporting anti-air by being in view of each other.
21.) Not doing 1 man per piece of cover, move cover to cover, in view of each other to save each other, 1 man hit per tank or artillery shell formation. Be bait for each other and use each other as bait, be too many to kill as infantry and vehicles. Divide the enemy fire and attention.
Scan aggressively with eyes, ears and probing projectiles into uncleared areas of cover and concealment for anything suspect peeking or hidden. Sweep and double sweep aimed height of a man, probing recon by fire to make enemy think they are spotted.
Dominate through firepower. One big booby trap as a brigade that protects each other. TANK + APC + IFV + Anti-air vehicles/infantry + tripod ATGM + JEEPS + Trucks + low altitude choppers + CAS =Invincibility
