Optional “New player” indicator in nickname

When someone creates a new profile in PR, there should be a hint in the launcher that tells you you can put a * (or any other symbol, but I think a * is good) behind your nickname to indicate to other players that you are new and might need guidance. Once players feel that they’ve learned the basics of the game, they can simply remove this indicator by editing their nickname.
Or even better, upon creating a new profile make a window pop up that gives you a very short list of simple instructions for new players. Not a full guide but just the absolute basic steps like “1. Read the manual 2. Put a * behind your name to indicate that you’re a new player 3. Have a microphone 4. Join infantry (Inf) squads, not asset squads like Tank or CAS”
Anyway, to get back to the main point of this post. I think this sort of change would be good for everyone. Yes, in some cases it will lead to unfortunate situations like squad leaders immediately kicking someone when they see the * in someone’s name, but even then that’s probably better than having a noob in a squad that doesn’t want to play with new players. The new player can simply join a different squad where he will be more accepted and have a better experience.
I think a big problem in PR comes from experienced players being unaware that another player who’s acting… special and being uncooperative is actually just new to the game and needs some instructions. If I see someone acting like an idiot but he has a * in his name, I would immediately be more understanding and willing to teach because clearly that person is new and willing to learn.
