The ZBD-86A is completely outclassed by the BMP2M in every way, most notably in regards of ATGM flight speed.
I'd suggest replacing the BMP2Ms with BMP2 IFVs on that layer. The BMP2 would still have a massive advantage in ATGM flight speed, but the ATGM would have to be a deliberate choice as it has a warmup time.
