Does this server have a policy of alternating between 4km and 2km maps for mapvotes? Because that was happening when I was playing and I thought it was excellent

No, mostly votes are done considering map sizes and map features, desert forest urban we try to mix it up. It depends on server balance and game quality.

It was an over the top joke from one old player to another, we have said sorry in the ticket he made in discord. It will not happen again, no need to go over the top because of that.

It was your license holder doing and he did not say sorry. No way to check though since you deleted the admin report about it. For players that always complain about admin abuse, you seem to be keen on doing it yourself.

Good server. Me likes. Need better mapvotes though. Dont play maps that require more teamwork and coordination than the lesser team can handle.

Our admins put a lot of thought into selecting maps that are appropriate for the current server population, as well as attempting to create the best possible balance. Nobody enjoys a steamroll on either side of it, we all want to experience those tense matches where the winner is decided by the final few tickets.
Can you give us some examples of what maps you would consider requiring less or more teamwork? We focus more on 2K maps rather than 4Ks, especially when one side is lacking experienced asset players.
We usually focus on AAS during EU prime time, while doing AAS/INS votes during NA peak hours.

4K and Asset whore maps require the most teamwork and skill. Very few people can fly CAS or operate tanks at an adequate level. Maps like khamisyah and kashan, not only require skilled crewman and pilots. But good squad leaders who know how to lead a team. I'm not saying that you shouldn't play maps like that at all. But take into account the players whose skill levels you recognize and see if running a high coordination map would be feasible without killing the server pop. Try to avoid running maps with nothing but desert or long open stretches of nothing. It's fun for vehicles but hell for inf.
I'm an infantry player at heart so any map with high inf preference and some but not many heavy assets is alright with me. I personally love kafr halab ins alt and kafr aas inf. Most 2k city maps are fine by me. As long as there is enough cover to hide from enemies.

We usually rotate our AAS maps 2K-2K-4K, with a preference for forest 4K maps such as Thunder or Wanda over the desert maps.

I was playing fallujah earlier today and the map switched to silent eagle vehicle warfare. Losing over half the players. VW mode is not very popular, it doesn't help seed the server. I recommend switching the default map to either Skirmish Kokan, or a small insurgency map. Possibly basrah or kafr. Or maybe an AAS INF 1km map. Something small and tight that helps facilitate immediate combat and gameplay. Please nothing with too many heavy assets that requires more than a squad's worth of players on each team.

Mumble keeps being a big burden. Usual annoyances when playing range from hearing some players with lots of statics to straight up voice data no being transmitted at all. The latency is also very high. Despite having lower ping to the game server than on US server, the local audio noticeable lacks behind anyone moving while talking.
All these issues amount to very subpar experience and borders on being unplayable at times. You need to fix this.
