(As Viirus is persona non grata i decided to make new thread since i don't really want to post in his thread)
Current Beirut is huge balance issue but also hell for administrators of the servers and imo require changes asap.
DoD and ground base for Russians placment:
Current DoD above whole sea makes no sense, in some layouts like Alternative one, IDF to stand a chance need to start hunting Russian CAS above see level. Currently at the most of servers firing into DoD is prohibited and causing people to rage about getting killed there. Ground main base for Russian giving another protection zone for CAS just to run away.
I suggest removing majority of DoD over sea since it doesn't make sense anyways
And:
Removing ground Russian main for all layouts but current Std. one with tanks and bringing back old sea spawn for assets to bring back old Muttrah vibe this map had when it was the most of fun and russian docks were capable flag
or make it similar to Muttrah and limit DoD just to repair station area but let people fight over this position.
Currently Russian main base is simply way too close main city and other flags not to be camped/spawnkilled by IDF team with one main and other side exit for Russian vehicles only. That's huge issue from base camp side but also administrative one since you can't really stop players from doing it if next flag is 200m away or closer. There are 3 possible flags next to Russian main and 2 of them are 2nd flags in order so very often you will se them in the game.
Except gamebreaking things:
-Bring back assymetrical layout tank vs CAS. Current Alt is rated by players as really unbalanced. Either 1x Ka29 vs Merkava or 1x Mi28 vs Merkava was much better setting abd i had tone of fun there
-Change Inf layout to IDF vs HAMAS or bring back old France UN vs IDF which was really cool layout
