I got the following messages from AVAST when re-installing PR, today.

We've safely aborted connection on server.IOIwut.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist

We've safely aborted connection on files.realitymod.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist

FYI

This is a false positive reported by AVAST. Some antivirus sadly flag the patch file for unknown reasons:
