This problem also was when i used Win 8.1, im opening PR launcher and its ok (also launched as admin) then im choosing my profile and press ''play'' button, after that i see the inscription that game starts, checking updates/profile and client files and nothing happens. Now i'm using Win 10 and problem remains relevant. I tried to start with my offline and online profile but it doesnt work.
