Hello, I tell you, I have problems connecting with PRISM, I followed all the installation steps that were in the guides. The thing that when I reconnect, it doesn't charge me anything, it's not that it freezes or generates an error, it really doesn't do anything. I also think it is a password issue, if so, is there a way to recover the password? And if not that, what can I do in this case?
