Hi, i just got a new PC with Windows 11. I get into a game and after a while randomly my screen freezes when i play on Full Screen, to fix it i have to alt tab and click on the window again, i still hear sounds and i can shoot, just the image is frozen until i alt tab and then i can move again. Is there anything i can do do fix this?

Fixed: Turn off AMD FreeSync Premium from the Adrenaline pannel. It makes FPS fluctuate from 75 to 144 and when it hits 60 it freezes the game screen. Now i have stable 144 non stop and i play fine.
