freezing after loading map and clicking the blue button

whenever I click to enter the server, after loading the map and clicking on the blue button icon my game simply freezes, I can't move the mouse, I can only exit the game by alt tab or alt f4, the game scrolls normally while passing on the screen, tickets gradually falling, everything is normal, but I can never select a squad or exit the home screen.
My system is Windows 10, 3rd Generation Intel processor, 8B RAM, in case you need to know.
