Disable all your antivirus and internet firewall protections for these domains and programs

• PRLauncher.exe (program)

If you cannot whitelist those items, or if whitelisting didn't fix the problem, then you might have to remove your antivirus entirely.

Sounds like something is broken in your installation, or you are a victim of internet censorship.

Try to do clean reinstall of the game (uninstall, remove remaining files, reinstall). If it does not help then it might be caused by something outside your home. Lots of new internet censorship added in russia lately. It's something we can't do anything about.

You can try solutions like DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) and/or apps like GoodbyeDPI to circumvent the blockade, but there is no guarantee that it will work.

Are you running it as Administrator? Do you have enough disk space for the update?

Exclude PRBF2.exe, PRLauncher.exe, PRLauncherLogin.exe and PRUpdater.exe from your anti-virus software.
