I can't log in steam to open the multiplayer

]help me, I can't log in to steam. After I clicked on the green button, I am redirected to the site, I click log in and the critical error system.net.http pops up
I am using windows 7

Wrong forum. This is not a bug, and Windows 7 is no longer supported. You might get PR working by installing
- VisualC++ Redistributable
- DirectX End-User Runtimes
- .NET Framework 4.7.2
