I have noticed this only after 1.8.

Trying to throw any type of grenade (explosive or smoke). When the animation of throw is finished, the grenade is thrown like 1 second after end of the animation.

It throws off your planned throw and it feels like the grenade does not go where you aim at and the power of throw with right click is not reflected correctly.

It's a result of high ping and us disabling local client prediction for grenades. We are considering adding it back but it's basically just your game client lying to you. It also makes it appear as if you throw 2 greandes at once since first you see the local prediction of your game client and only after that you see the actual grenade.
