A bunch of passenger positions in the Taliban transport vans are bugged on Bamyan. Seems like you are not really a passenger, but rather your player is just attached to parts of the vehicle and still have your weapon out. Plus you can't exit from the vehicle until you switch to a non-bugged seat. See picture for example of bugged seat.
