Switching to second seat in stationary spg causes you to enter unscoped view

Observed: When pressing "2" or "F" after entering the spg, you enter the unscoped view (looking over the SPG)
Expected: User stays in scoped view and sees that he selected HE-FRAG.

Observed playing as the HAMAS faction on Gaza.
