Do you mean your whole Windows crashes to Blue Screen? In that case it's probably not a game issue but something else like graphics/sound driver. Generic Windows issues should usually go to General Technical Support but let's see what we can do.

Check if you can find .dmp files in your C:\Windows or C:\Windows\Minidump folders. Pick one that matches the time when you were playing PR, and upload it somewhere. Then post the download link here.

There is no software that can create dump file when the operating system itself crashes. It's all done in Windows settings. Go to Start -> Run -> sysdm.cpl -> Advanced tab -> Startup and recovery Settings. Make sure some kind of memory dump is enabled and that you have enough free disk space on C: drive. Depending on the memory dump type, you might need up to as much disk space as you have physical RAM.
