When I go into battle the game does not respond to the mouse and keyboard

But the game is running (time is running and the battle is going on).
But I can not even choose a squad and equipment, the mouse just does not respond to anything, not one key does not work except ALT+F4
I've never had this before, everything was fine before, I've already reinstalled the game and it didn't help.

Most likely the game is stuck in the background or there is an input error. Try running the game in windowed mode or check your drivers.
