SPG doesn't reload after firing

The SPG doesn't reload after firing right away... Normally, you fire then try to reload as fast as you can... But no, I am typing this after shooting a Namer on Gaza, then wanting to reload within 7 seconds like a TOW...
But it just sits there making no noise or indicating no effort to reload right away, making a huge unrealistic delay. Just sitting there with rushing stress feeling for the mind.
The TOW loads faster than the SPG.
