Error 1103 with update to version 1.9.have reinstalled v1.8 and downloaded 1.9 upgrade.will not load pr with the upgrade

The error
1103: There was an error linking to the game process. Please try again.
Means that either your antivirus is incompatible with PR or your computer is a potato which can't keep up with the load. Uninstall 3rd party antivirus apps and use Microsoft Security instead. It can be configured to work with PR. Going entirely without an AV is not recommended. In case of a potato computer, check PR system requirements at
