ok, the IED needs to be something small that can't be noticed (like a can filled with this stuff

that doesn't really look like an IED to me... how is that suppose to not be seen on the side of the road?
for the explosion to even work it would have to like right under it, and i think a person driving something will see that easily

Improvised Explosive Device. You probably dont see to of the same. They kan have all shapes ang figures. Made of toy's, bicyles, pen's and so on. You can't say.... That dosnt look like an IED.
You think of a roadside bomb that cant be seen, and thats a deferent thing. You use more explosivs and you hide it.
