Hello all. I would like to suggest adding the TehZhong as the Chinese special forces unit for the game. Not much would need to be changed other then perhaps giving them there rightful patch on there arm for now but I do have images of what they carry into battle and some of there training. Anyways just something I thought I would suggest for realism. If you guys need more images I have more, I was planning on making a mod with China rightfully portrayed as the power they are, but it didnt go anyware.

They probably assume that because most people are ignorant enough to think they all live in a hot place they must prove that they can handle themselves in completely opposite climates and environments.

China holds every environment known to man. From what I know (My geography) It's mostly desert in western China, southern China is where you'll find jungles and such, and to the north snow falls for the winter. So depending on where you live in China, you can be hot, cold or in between.

Creates alot of options for mappers too. I hope sometime in the future we'll see maps that take advantage of the variety China's landscape has to offer.

I think this would be a good addition, Chinese special forces, as i think all special forces should be implemented at some point in the mod's life... but not for a while, not till we've got a storyline for christ's sake lol, and maps that actually make sense in the storyline. Also, we're not even done puttign the brits in blah blah blah. wait till like 1.1 or someting.

Yep, although in PR it's set almost exclusivley in Eastern/Southern China in the Jungles/woodland.

It'd be great to see some Himalaya/Tibetan Plateu maps - although it would require reskinning of pretty much everything. It would be awesome to see some white Type 99's and white camo for all factions if "the war" went into the Himalayas. Afghan brown mountains are for sissy boys, it's all about the hardcore grey/white super mountains and glaciers in the Himalayas.

The PLA got a base on the top of mt. everest, climb it and bring the tanks with you !
