Is there a difference between falling 18 feet and getting your head blown off, because in the mod their doesn't seem to be much difference healthwise...
Is their anyway you could stop the damage from 5 feet drops?

aye, and running downstairs too fast lol.
EA's fault that I think. How many times have you died in BFV by running down 4 steps too fast?

also when someones running behind you fast. it does int hurt you much but its just annoying.

How about not having to jump over a two inch high curb, and wasting half your stamina so you can't sprint.

Great shout, although I think it's called fastroping.
I'll make a thread about it in suggestions.

wait, i thought i saw a suggestion for fastroping in the thread about helicopters lifting tanks.
I just hate starting a match with a wound because the guy behind me hit me in the ribs with his barrel.

if the burb thing can't be fixed, then get rid of all the curbs. I hate running for cover and getting stuck on a curb to make a nice target for the enemy.

I hate falling damage. Stairs and short drops are not that deadly. Stupid EA would know that if they got out of the house at least once a year.

I still wouldn't advise trying to sprint down stairs with a rifle, ammo, and all those cute little fannie packs that soldiers wear.

Heh, extra padding if you fall on your ***.

Well BF2 has the solution already solved all into one key "9". PR took out that absurd advantage. In real life when you jump from 2 or 3 stories and fall you wont start to bleed and die within seconds from impact PR likes to think so, I believe you wouldn't be able to walk, at least upright. PR should rethink this issue.

The engine no doubt limits how this can be represented though.

"sir, our platoon has been compleatly wiped out"
"WHAT! how?"
"stairs and curbs, sir, they real buggers"

A 3 story leap is more than enough to kill you.
A 2 story leap will keep you from walking for a long time.
A 1 story leap will likely break an ankle or a leg.
Falling face down a flight of stairs weaing 40-90lbs of gear and a weapon would hurt you.
Curbs suck !

LOL yeah your right fuzz, over suggested.
For a start, i dunno how much gear you are carring on your person, but im sure it is possible to mess your legs up a bit from jumping off a 5ft wall, holding a SAW and a few drums(lol that you dont have).
Anywaz, i doubt theres little that can be don effectively(if anything at all). Changin something like this may end up with something silly like its almost impossible to get run over by MBTs(like BFVN).
