Either you made a typo or we did in the game. It should be MSPF, which stands for Maritime Special Purpose Force. It is an element within a Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) which includes assets from Division and Force Recon (now Marine Special Operations Battalions) forming reconnaissance and direct-action platoons and sometimes an attached SEAL Platoon.

I guess that's pretty cool then, Marines attached SEALS...never considered it after watching a video about how just BUDS alone (part of SEAL training) took 6 or 4 months ... or something like that.

6 months, and then after BUD/s you have another year and a half to go before you actually get assigned to a SEAL team. BUD/s is just the doormat, with a whole hell house to go through.
