Hey i dont know how to get my mic to work. I have a logitech PS2 mic and i know it could work b/c my friends uses it. But he uses it with TS but im sure that its would work with this game too.

Plug it into the USB port on the back of your computer.

I have USB in the front so i plug it in there. Does that make a difference? And if your being sarcastic then hardy har har.

I also have a ps2 mic and i plug it into the front USB and it works fine

doesn't make a difference but plugging it into the back is better since the wire won't be in the way

Ok thanks and all but my problem is more of a software problem i got it pluged it but how do i set it up?

EDIT: another thing is that when i plug it in all the PCs sound goes to the headset. Is that normal?

Yes mine does the same thing. Go to C:\Program Files\EA Games\battlefield 2, and there should be a voice setup thing

Hey thanks a bunch i think i got it working now but what voice capture volume should i have it set to?

I wasn't being sarcastic, I use a PS2 mic also, and it sets itself up when I plug it in.

If you have onboard ac 97 sound like most intels have, remember to go to dxdiag sound tab and set audio hardware accelleration to basic.

This is if you have intel board, or voip doesn't seem to work in bf2.

I got it to work but seeing that im 16 i think i sound like a little *****.
