I have setup a teamspeak server for the PRM players.
My server is just using to little bandwidth for what i have, and a little to small for running a game, so i decided to put a TS server online for all those players that dont have there own server.

The IP is: 213.207.111.34:5923

People that wish to have there own channel, please contact me and i will hook you up when we are both online.
Agreements on the time should be made in GMT, this due to me living in Europe.


In no way this server is endorsed by the Team of Project Reality, but i hope they will do it in the future.

No requirements or catches in this, its free.

For those that want there own channel, you'll get a channel with the name you want, CA on that channel with the ability to change the Topic, Name, edit password, edit description and codec. ( i recommend using a good one )

EDIT: SERVER is working just fine!

I fail to see the need for external comms, alright voip can sound a bit rough but its something everyone on the server can use.
all having ts or vent causes is less people to chat on voip.

yeah I can see it being alright for that on good teamwork servers and for matches but for general public I cant see any gain, for starters you would have to be on the same server on the same side and in the same TS channel, that is a goal in itself

I noticed also when i was playing and using my squadserver. There was something weird going on at the host. I was already glad it was fixed in a short time tho.. If i recall right it was fixed in +/- 45 minutes..

Also as a addon to the Fireteam post, squads could be in there own sub-channel, with the SL and CMD all beeing Channel Commander, this way the SL's and CMD can talk, while the SL's also have coms to the sq.
This to prevent your teammates yelling information through the channel wich might be confusing.

I have been using it a coupe of times this way, the only thing you have to get used to is that when the other SL's talk to there sq you can hear it. But a good SL doesnt have to talk all that much, gicing directions and communicate with the other SL's / CMD is sufficient.

Port number? Or does it redirects you to there?

maybe u should do a channel for the major servers so ppl can join that if there on that server and ppl can join that if they want to play in that server with them.
