it could be nice... i have played the blackhawk down map a couple of times and... well it sucks... so woudnt it be nice for PR to have a moghudishu ( not sure if correctly spelded) it could have the moghudishu stadium as US CP and a couple of Insurgent flag around. the US have to defend the stadium and try to capture the the insurgent wonse? if they the US loses the stadium the suffer heavy bleedings and only by retaking the stadium can they stop the bleeding.
its just a suggestion

not another BHD recreation, but a place like that might be good. I believe there are US forces still in Somalia, heared in the news a few weeks ago.

A slum type village can be created using current structures... but it would be a US vs Insurgant type map. You can forget having Somolians modeled lol

Modern day Red Dawn map would be cool.
That's kinda how I viewed the DC Lost Village map.

I've been working on a BIG suggestion the last week, be patient, this is part of it. Also, it might satisfy that AI inclusion that everyone wants

umm, DC Lost Village is nothing at all like mogadishu. Not even remotly close. I agree that a map like this should be made though. Nicely sized city with shacks and narrow alley ways would make for some great infantry battles.

maybe a tv station type building with insurgent flags around it and you have to fend them off till a certain time, but the insurgent flags should be uncappable

Seconded. Constructive critiscism, please. I would like to see a Street type map in Karkand size (or bigger, possibly?) with the sandstorm effect from Al Fallujah and few places to get helicopters down.

Warlord is probably the greatest vBF2 map. No doubt. I love fighting inside the mosque.

if you're saying Lost Village is the closest thing to BHD, you are really far off. Sure there is a crashed helo, but that map is so small it dont see how it would be considered a BHD. That's more just like a fishing village fight.
Mog would most likely be Basra in DC with more of a inner city fighting area, but no good maps from DC are the equivalent to Mog.

......so exactly how big do you think they were able to make an urban map(with complete full interiors on 99% of the buildings) and still be playable? Furthermore how much smaller was the Lost Village map compared to other DC maps?

I say Urban Seige from the old DC days haha......
I can't remeber but there was a custom map made similar to Lost Village for BF2 except there were some slums on the south east side of the town and a big lake to drive around or fly over in black hawks,.....pretty nice map no one ever played.
I would like to see the Warlord remake done in Afganistan, an attack on a Insurgent training site.....trenches, tunnels, walled compound,......rocky hills surrounding it.

Urban Seige was an awesome map. I would love to see that and Warlord.
