Everyone keep whining how two A-10 is unbalanced in Al Basrah and no one try to kill them, I just tried and destroyed an A-10 with my shotgun, it took a lot of ammo but it worth it !

I know I should probably not make post like that, but I'm so happy, it's the first A10 I destroy and it's with a rusty shotgun !

Out of curiosity how long did that take and how much ammo?? slug or buck?

It toke me a lot of ammo but I made him smoke a few time, but this time he didn't repaired him plane and I killed him

lol it was a joke and I already destroyed an A-10 with an RPG, on Al Basrah. My first time playing the map True, again.

I killed 3 little birds with RPGs

All 3 I kinda shot at random

Lol! Nice job - pilot deserves that. I have never killed a LB with RPGs. Countless speeding BHs but never littlebirds. They are too nimble and I usually lead too much.

Oh and just destroyed a blackhawk and hit the tail of a cobra with my RPG, was standing at the underground Ammo dump but now they sent a full squad in and killed me

Edit: and hit an A10 with my RPG but it didn't blow up, hitbox lag I guess...

Uuuuhhhh....sure you did! Shotguns do so little damage to infantry I find it hard to believe that you could take down an A-10 with one. Nah, I believe you. You have nothing to gain from lying about that.

Go up to a a10 on the airport, or drive it off the repair area first rather. Shoot it point blank with a shotgun until you run out of ammo. Watch what happens.

Just one question. Why does the shotgun have a cross hair and no iron sights?

Nice job taking that thing out. Now, if you take one down with a knife, then I will give you a medal or something.

The sights have not yet been modelled for the shotgun.

Shotguns do fractions of a point of damage against an A10. From point blank range, shooting until you reload, you MAY do six or seven points of damage.

From anywhere past 10 meters, you're probably literally doing less than .1% of damage a shot.
