Whats going on guys. First off I want to say I absolutely love this mod and I am hooked! The design team did a superb job with this, and I thank you!

Im sure this has been mentioned, but I was curious if the design team for PR have considered using a Ranking system like BF2 in the near future? I kinda like the fact that all my kills/deaths/wins are monitored and I can view them under BFHQ in the game. The one thing that really keeps me in a game long-term is the ability to move up in rank. Thats why I cant stop playing Rainbow Six: Vegas on the 360 online! That was also a big attraction in BF2, it kept me motivated to still keep playing.

Anyways, I was curious as if you guys have considered implementing this into the mod, maybe something that is team specific for insurgents, British and US forces. Anyways, thanks for the help guys

Also, I have a USB headset that plays all sound through only the headset and not my speakers, anyone know how to set up the mic just to hear/say voice?

There is a ranking system. It's called ABR! Quite a few servers run it.

You will see some people have their PR stats in their sig.

Search for ABR.

Pertaining to your mic question....there is a way.........

Go to Start>Control Panel> Sounds & Audio devices>Audio Tab>Set the "sound Playback" box to your soundcard/onboard Audio>Then set "Sound recording" to your Headset( it should appear in the drop down box)Now go "Voice" tab> and set the boxes to the same as the Audio Tab ones.

just stats right now, no intent to go the route that EA went with the ranking system, but we may incorporate aspects of it more deeply into the mod in the future.

ABR is being weird for me. Finally, today, after months of running the ABR client but not ever ranking up, I got like four ranks all in a row, like the old days of ABR. But when I check the Stats tab here, and the list on GHz (which is completely different...), it still shows my old rank. I dun really care about my stats, just curious as to how accurate it all is?

I think ABR had some issues back end wise over the last couple of days.

Thet stats page never finds any of my names I put in under the search.

Also, my ABR client prgram doesnt work anymore, all this wierd sh*t happens when I open it, and some wierd warning messages in the left side box are there instead of servers. The warnings dont make sense though.

Meh, stats don't mean anything in PR, please don't get too attached to them.

I used to be like you when I played vBF2 (loooong time ago), now I don't even think about ranks or stats anymore

wow, it actually worked! I was already trying to scrounge up the change to buy an anolog mic! thanks for the help man! i owe u one

No problem.

BTW, about the Mic, I was just testing it, everything works perfect, but I was wondering if there is a way to hear Radio Transmissions through the headset instead of the speakers?

I have that same exact problem. More than half the time I open the client, it gives me all sorts of weird error messages once it loads or just doesn't bother loading up at all. I'll just keep opening and closing it over and over until it finally works, which is pretty sad considering how little I care about stats/ranks/whatever.
