I dont understand why all the facctions are revivable except insurgents . americans are more strong ?

maybe only be revivable for 5 seg , but since doctor dont have shock padles , the only way to revive insurgent would be kill an american medic .

This needs to be merged with the other very current conversation on Insurgent Healing
