Map questions.

I've been working on a map for a bit here and my intention was to have it at night requiring NVG in certain places, the main base would have flood lights, etc. However, I am having problems finding any information on making night maps that are pr compatible, I have found a few tutorials but most require 'borrowing' from the sf expansion.
- Is it possible to make night maps for pr anymore?
- Is it possible to have ambient lights (i.e. Omni type)?
- Can sound be mixed over another ambient sound without fading out or taking priority over the other ambient sound?
Any help would be appreciated.
