helicopters- too slow to decelerate, health

I tried the cobra some and its really hard to get it to descend. One big thing I noticed is that the speed that throttle is applied to the engine is slower, so if you dont tap "accelerate" it really lingers on that power you gave it, while in the original game it would quickly go to 0% throttle, and was thus easier to control.

also the helicopter health seems a little odd. They seem to take a lot of hits from things like rocket fire from other helicopters and AA vehilces, but are just as weak as they were from anti-air missles and small arms fire. On the other hand, the rockets do more overall damage to things like tanks and vehilces.

I've noticed the transport helicopters have gotten a huge bump in movement power, which seems like a good change, espeically since you cant safely eject from the vehilce. But again, same thing with these things, they take forever to desend and often your having to hover in circles since your rotor blades take so long to slow down.

ya, throttle needs to be more like POE. where 100% was 100%, not... 60%.... a minute later.... 70%.... and the top it gets to is 80%.... especially noticable when going downward, i should be able to make the thing litterally drop faster than a rock, but im stuck on slow 15 mph descent.... wheee....

Other than the default Blackhawk was slow as hell, I had no probs with the helis as is. Sorry to see them dicked with. Leave the Apache as it was. Speed up the Blackhawk type heli, and its enemy counterpart. Done.

I think the BF2 maneuverability was correct except for the throttle issue and the overall speed.
