HED for APC

this was done in 2005 and i was wondering whether this will have any reflection on the future, i dont know whether it is in service or not but matbe this will reflect on what sort of power PR should be looking at, seeing as its set in 2012 area.

HED systems probably will only be coming into service by then. they are still in R&D stages and there is the whole thing about internal policies regarding its use, so i doubt such viechles will be used soon.
So i dont think HED viechles will be in PR, plus the PR people are hard at work compleating the Brit faction first.

those kind of engines work without problems. they're in use in trains for i don't know 20 years with diesel engines. if they wanted to, they could build it right now.
