Just answer this question.

Is it possible at all to add effects to VOIP?

What I'm trying to say is that Compressing the sound making it sound like real radios (all garbled)!

[Those of you with X-Fi's, go on the AudioCreation Mode, and add the Compressor effect on your mic. Change the settings a bit so you get the effect.]

As it might sound neat for players with good mic's. It would make the mumbly I can't afford a better mic so I found this one in my shoe mic, that you can't understand at all, much worse.

Adding a beep after the message is a good idea. Give SL an Command a unique beep if possible.

This is a little offtopic, but is there a way for squad leaders to talk to commander through VOIP?

This sounds a bit noobish... How about checking your controls in BF? ;)

yeah but unlike real radios we can all talk at the same time...Plus there is your name that lights up on the left side showing your speaking.
