Today I played on thor and it was on sunset city. As an american I decided to get an specops kit and go to the China base and blow up assets. after blowing all the arty and aa I hid and waited. Later I saw that the arty was getting repaired, I killed the unexpected engi with a clean head shot. I looked at my score and it shot up, with one kill. That got me thinking, what did I do? I figured that it probably was the enemy commander. I destroyed the arty again and waited in ambush, killing him again and again and again, then I decided to leave him alone and I left. Is it a decent tactic killing the commander by luring him to destroyed assets.
BTW my score was 210 at the end, killed the commander 5 times or so.

If it was in fact the commander you've done a double service to your team. You've kept the arty down and kept their command assets down to boot while the idiot stares at the respawn screen. Textbook specops.

Hmmm.....

Sounds great to me, I'm just wondering if would still have been acceptable the other way around - on account of the American spawn being a non-cappable?

I'm not looking for an argument, just consensus.

What? Do you get more points killing a commander?

Realy wanna make them mad? While he repairs arty, call in some of your own right on top of him. Nothing like a kick while down

if you kill a commander you get a sh*t load of points, and same for SL of top squads but a little less.

Commander should have to get a special kit to use certain abilities, and it should look different than the regular officer kit. I'm thinking Patton, anyone?
