I was thinking it would it be a good idea to introduce the Russians into the game. I'm just wonder who would they fight? And what would the weapons be? Thats all thank you.

The russians would be nice to see ingame though it seems unlikely that they'd engage in an armed conflict right now. Also, there is a lot of work involved in making a new faction, so it's unlikely that this will come to fruition soon. Sorry.

instead of russians it should just be croatians or serbians.

It is also very unlikely that PLA would enter to some armed conflict on a bigger scale.
Probably only reason would be an attack on a natural resources they are relied upon (like those in Iran), but then russians would be also very angry as they have many open businesses there (like those power plants they are building for them).
In this fictional war in BF2 it is for me more possible that croatians or serbians would play any role.
And is there some mod where are russians? With their newest toys probably ?

Well from a purely military standpoint, Chechens have put up a pretty well defence against the Russian military.

You summed it up pretty nicely... Also welcome to the forums. I am locking this though, and no hard feelings. The likelyhood of us creating another huge faction is slim to none atm.
