Weapon Jamming

I was wondering if it was possible to make weapons jam in BF2 and if it is then are you guys going to incorporate this into PRMM?
I think jamming is realistic but can be annoying sometimes...
I remember playing Americas Army, shooting at ppl with the M4A1 and then it jamming and me running frantically outside...

could it be increased due to a map... or something you do? on a desert map it would be more frequent because of the sand and dust, but then if you fell or swam in water maybe that could cause it to be more frequent also... maybe after a long intesnse firefight after over use....

I think it should jam if you swim loads in water and spray bullets everywhere i think this would be a good addition and make it funny for spayers in close combat

Personally, I think this would be one of the things on the bottom of the list, even when correctly implemented, its really hard to do, and has really little effect, unless you exxagerate it to the point of unrealism, with gu njamming every other clip...

I have read through all of the weapon jamming threads on the forums that i could find and i think i may have actually found a compromise. It's still a WIP and i will post it in the community modding forum over the next few days. I'm not sure if what i have done has been trialled or simply overlooked. but keep your eyes on the community modding forum to see what it is.

i looked through all the others. It had the least posts and wasnt long and hard to read like the others. It may be 4 years old but its been re suggested in other posts this year. I just chose this one to post in lol.
Also it was the only unlocked thread about weapon jamming and i thought it would be better to post here than to open a new thread.
I dont see the issue with tht...

Well, i got jam on firing range cause a bullet fall off from my mag when i insert it, then i release the bolt and **** 2 bullets squizzing each other into the chamber. Off course i did realise the ball had fall off when i relead, but, i like to do my jammin drill. Keep it fresh in my mind.
So its not only the way you treat it or the way the nature treat it.

You people should all be ashamed of mocking the man. He's evidently done the best searching of the forums, better than anyone. what about a system like Gears of War it would be really difficult but it would be awesome
of course that ties into the perfect game...
A PR Style game with the level of detail that you find in an FPS like CoD... *sigh*
