SQD Leader to SQD Leader VOIP

Sorry I searched for this specific function but could not find it. So if this was mentioned before accept my apologies.
The squad dynamic is currently broken in PR, this is mostly due to how it was implemented from BF2.
While it's good that we have a Commander to Squad Leader to Grunt communication what is really lacking is a SQD leader to SQD leader VOIP function.
While yes many will say blah blah this is rectified via a commander, see how often it is you have a commander leading that actually spots RPs, enemy movements or support to the SQD in terms of oversight. Other voice programs out of the game can help but thats strictly in clan or friends playing, in-game functionality will mean PUB servers become that much better.
How often is it in EJOD desert that two squads constantly try to capture the same point (leaving another to be re-captured or something) when it's better if both just went for separate objectives. One to West and one to East. And both pressed up to Gardens? This happens so often now in the game it's becoming really annoying, and usually there is no commander to take charge. If VOIP between SQD leaders existed the option could be discussed.
And before you mention it NO one pays attention to team chat.
Other then that this an amazing modification but needs more people to play that understand tactics.
