First off, I'd like to say that I love the mod. Good job dev team, keep up the work. I'm a first time poster, long time reader...I hope this is in the right place, if not mods sorry and feel free to move it.

This isn't really a problem with the mod itself, just an annoyance thats happened to me a couple times lately and I need to vent...

Ok, so I'm playing on the 24/7 Al Basrah sever just a few minutes ago, and the insurgents(team i was placed on) are winning by 70-80 tickets and the USMC are under 50. So after about 10 minutes of play the USMC are under 10 tickets and people start leaving...then BAM, I'm switched teams to USMC with 3 tickets left. Basicly the game is over before I get to spawn again. Server starts the next round and I select to be on the USMC, because I rightfully should be on that team, and begin play. 2 minutes later I get kicked for team-switching. that drove me up the wall...I didnt even get to play on the USMC when i was switched by the server! plus this was the 3rd time it happened to me in the last couple days.

The other time I was an insurgent and we held the village and bled the USMC down to 70 some tickets and people started leaving. Again i was teamswiched to the USMC who had 5-10 people waiting around trying to get A10s and cobras. Its not the losing that bothers me, its the being stuck with smacktards acting like smacktards causing their team to lose. Lets face it, with 5-10 people wandering around the airport, your losing out on a lot of attacking power.

Now dont get me wrong, I'm all for fair teams in games. But it just drives me crazy that I do all this fighting for one team to win the game, just to be switched to the other team and be left crippled by the disadvantage I just worked so hard on for the other team I was just on. Such as going in as a SF and blowing up all the ammo dumps, then being switched to insurgent and not being able to reload cuz I just had blown them up myself when on the other team...its just annoying.

yeah it is an auto balance issue.. and that they have admins that will monitor the teams at the end of the round and not throughout it.. which wouldn't really be possible anyways.. pisses me off also when I'm switched to a losing team, although when I'm having fun with my dirka bikes I really don't mind doing it for two rounds in a row (which has happened due to auto balance on devfile!) is there any way to code it so that the server admins see the auto balance switches in console? maybe in big orange letters, OR show / notice the people who manually switch on their own? has to be some way to mark these switches for fast viewing and decision making

Well, I've been on insurgents for like 5 rounds in a row once, just tell the admin if he is there, and then teamswitch.

I wish the autobalancer wouldnt do any switching once tickets get under 25 for any team...

extremely frustrating, i hear your pain man... but at least you know yourself did a great job on winning. If you got kicked for teamswitching, talk to the admin and let them know what happened, the server has admins that know their stuff...

Garabaldi, I'm purty sure you were playing at the time, maybe even the one that did the kicking. I'm not mad at you bro, its the rules of the server and I respect them. But I guess I've just been looking forward to playing PR all day long, and i finally get home to play and 10 min. later i get kicked, just got under my skin after a long day of work. lol Anyhow, that would be a cool feature if you could keep teams after the tickets drop below 25, that would help out a lot to anyone else this could happen to. Sorry if i came off as blaming the mod or the game itself. I know its a server issue to keep games fair, I just needed to blow off a little steam. This community is so mature and nice, I knew I could post something like this and get support instead of 50 flames about how "I suck at life" or "drink bleach".

Now that that is out of my system

Its a lose-lose situation, we have the rule and kick people who play USMC twice and stuff like what happens to you may happen occasionally or we let people switch and the teams end up 30-15 (It has happened more then once)

EDIT: If that does happen, just rejoin and wait about 100 tickets then when the teams are like 31-30 for ins switch over to USMC.

I think I can count the number of times I've played as USMC on that server on one hand.

It doesn't matter, however, because I love to play as Insurgents.

I enjoy playing Insurgent more than USMC on that map. Is it ok to switch the other way and stay on the insurgent team?

haha.. I ended up playing Insurgents just now twice in a row.. team switched to the 10 ticket USMC team at the end by the server.. ah well, got onto Juniper's AAA team
