Someone sent me there map to look over and it included custom roads and objects, I added the roads but when I load up the map I get the following errors

No active RoadTemplate! [m1a]
No active RoadTemplate! [m2]
No active RoadTemplate! [m1]
No active RoadTemplate! [m2a]
No active RoadTemplate! [r1]
No active RoadTemplate! [m3]
No active RoadTemplate! [on1]
No active RoadTemplate! [d1]
No active RoadTemplate! [f1]
No active RoadTemplate! [th]
No active RoadTemplate!

and then like 5 others, then the map will load but without the roads. I have put them EVERYWHERE. Any ideas as to what is going wrong?

You need to be more specific. Are you talking about roads or road templates?

Roads are created by the mapper using splines and attaching a road TEMPLATE to them.

I dont know lol, custom road splines and textures.

Umm I don't think there's a thing such as a custom spline, IIRC a spline is line which has coordinate points in it that can be shifted along the lines path and it's Y,X and Z axis to make 3D curves, but I have no idea really so correct me if I'm wrong.

that is more or less what a spline is. thou these would be custom road templates DF is on about. I've done it before but need to work it all out again...

Custom user title =P I got it working though Turns out I was just using a old version of the editor!
