[Beckwith's medic idea] VS [Standard medic / defib ideas]

Beckwith's idea:
A. every soldier carries 2 tourniquets which just stop the bleeding
B medics carry some sort of real medicine or animate them giving stitches which actually give the health back
How great does this sound?!

point is, you can't give back someone's health. i think closest to that would be to let medics carry something that gives you extra adrenelin (which would again wear off over time, simulated by health increasing at the adrenelin boost and then slowly dropping back to the level you had after the injury) so you don't feel the pain and can carry on or something like that. still, beck's idea is more realistic then a defib medic so i voted for that.
oh, and the idea of every soldier carrying a tourniquet is really good, but doesn't that mean they will have to remove one of the weapons. as far as i know there's a maximum ammount of weapons in your 'inventory'.

It would be great to have a 'blood level' bar, where when critically shot, your blood drains away - until a tourniquet is used.
(Maximum run/dash speed should also be affected)
Perhaps the medic's should carry have plasma/blood & adrenaline?
I must say though, I do favour 'returning health' despite how unrealistic, I think there has to be some focus on gameplay - with the realistic damage already present in the minimod you dont usually get chance to call for a medic anyhow!!!
Just my opinion though, perhaps the DEVs can comment?, as they obviously will have a level of realism in mind for the mod.

my idea was the best balance between reality and gameplay that i could come up with and iv yet to see come up with anything that sounds as realistic and effective to this point its an undisputable fact that every soldier carries at least 2 tourniquetts on his person, medics carry the other medical supplies, so the soldier can basically stop the bleed and the medic is around to do the "healing" if you will
and i was vague on purpose when it came to what the medics actually "performed". stiches, plasma, morphine, it doesnt really matter all that much to mem so long as its not something that takes up a ton of time and it returns there health or atleast a portion there of

i agree, but theres a reason, people want some sort of answer from someone of significance and none has arrived, people feel its a good idea and want to know if the Devs have A. thought about it B. settled on a solution C. will be making an announcement

I vote Beckwiths idea, well rules over the other idea thrown together by EA. Also, if there is a 'limited' number of weapons allowed in your inventory, seeming as all bar spec ops have no 'chutes the 9 key (or whatever you have set it to) can patch you up, IF you hold it down for say 10-15 seconds.
