can someone tell the noobs this isnt project vanilla

whats the most noobish vanillaish things you hear on the PR servers? its amazing do they even read the title of the mod they are playing. project REALITY? il give you a few good examples:
"why did i get killed in one shot?"
"why is my guy coughing?"
i realize we were all noobs at one time and im not mean to them but atleast i understand the concept of the mod im playing when its new to me. maybe change the name to project not-vanilla?

The funniest thing I have seen in awhile is
I got unfairly singled out and kicked for playing on USMC after a map change. About half the team that was USMC went back to USMC instead of going INS. Yet, this admin decided to single me out and kicked me. Guess the simple fact that the autobalance will eventually kick in doesn't mean shit.
The admin's name was Girabaldi (or something to that effect) One day, sir, I hope you will grow a brain and become a decent admin."
He was kicked from devfile for switching over to the USMC lmao. My response was something along the lines of "You broke the rules and got punished, DEAL WITH IT"

I remember that Girabaldi apologized because he couldnt really tell who were the team jumpers. He promised to change his method of kicking so just tone it down right?

I have started a 'noobs only' squad a few times, only to find them asking all those questions on the other squads. If I start a squad called Noob Help, I always get some guy joining and asking me if I need help

Well new guys coming in from vanilla won t see them selves as noobs i think.

I don't think I've got in a atk heli yet without some blue guy getting in the gunners position and then promptly drops dead. Or a blue pilot already in, asking me to get in the gunners position but his squad is full up.
