Edit: soz im trying to patch PR


hey guys i had to re install, so i had to re patch it , im downloading the torrent file but for some reason its not finishing if you get me. Its on 99.9% and it keeps saying its uploading and then it starts downloading again and has like 20 second it just keeps doing this?

i downloaded the torrent today after formatting my computer. it went fine, speeds were a constant 1200kbytes per sec. took me 15 min
