sometimes if a medic repairs me i hear the "random medic repair sound" non stop for the rest of the level. it angers me greatly.

this is a vBF2 bug. Just find a medic kit and switch to the medic bag to stop the sound (it will stop when you are fully healed).

It is dam annoying though, but happens in all BF2 mods and probably isn't fixable in PR.

Medic Healing Repeating Sound

This happens when you are injured and hold a medic bag to heal yourself. While healing yourself you pickup a different kit (not medic) off the ground. You will now hear the healing sound indefinitely, until you die.
Solution: always remember to heal yourself completely or change what you are holding in your hands until the healing sound stops BEFORE you pick someone elses kit up off the ground!

or do a double switch of kits..pick up, drop and pick up again, noise stops.
Basically find a new kit pick it up and drop it agian.. noise goes.

That can could just be called "general sound bug", since it doesnt happen just with medic bags. A Blackhawk passes one area and when I get to that location, I hear the rotorblades, altough there is no helicopter there.
Sometimes it occurs on the airport in Basrah, just jump in the chopper for a sec without pilot kit, so the BH starts and the sound bug ends..

this is a different bug altogether, as far as i'm aware.

Ghost aircraft.. normally were they crashed.

It happened in vanilla with the guns aswell, but the sound was linked to a player not a location. Also when I was playing hills of hamgyong, when the squad leader issued an order, the sound glitched and said the requesting medic stuff.
