Delayed vehicle reinforcements

Ok I have an idea that I don't think has been brought up before. I did a search and didn't find anything similar so my appologizes if this isn't anything new.
First scenario: a map where the US are tasked with clearing a village or road with villages along it for example. Insurgents spawn in at different locations and start with the majority of flags. The US would start with Humvees and perhaps APC support but NO TANKS, or AIR Support. The US would have to advance and start taking CP etc. like normal but the armour and air support would not be available until the 20 or 30 minute mark of a 1 hr map. This would simulate a scenario where the US wouldn't know the strength or whereabouts of the insurgents and hence not have all the heavy equipment available until it was called in which would take a bit of time.
Scenario 2 where the delayed vehicle spawn could be implemented is that say on a US vs PLA or MEC map if there was 5 flags and the fighting got to the point where one team was down to its last flag (would have to be main base) that the heavy equipment "reinforcements" would spawn in. The team would be under a bleed situation but have some firepower to fight out of the hole their in.
Last scenario would have one team surrounded by the enemy and contained to a CP with a main base far away. The main base would not start with any armour or air support except for transport vehicles and air. The team that's surrounded would need to hold fast and wait for reinforcements. The heavy equipment could spawn in near the end of the round or if the CP that is defended falls to the enemy.
You can see the basic idea is to delay the heavy equipment until A. enough time has passed or B. your team is making a last stand or trying to re-take an area lost. Im not suggesting this for all maps but certain maps could be rigged this way to create a different type of game.
Ok, discuss, flame, etc.
Cheers,
