Probably posted alot of times, but since you guys are changing alot with the commander position in 0.6, then maybe give move order flexabilities. AKA if you want tanks to move ahead of a point, then you set out a command where you want the tanks to go, and you set out a command where you want the troops to go. so a move marker with a tank sign, an attack marker with a tank sign, a defence mariker with a tank sign, same thing with infantry, and air planes/helis.

Individual orders for infantry, air, and armour.
