Why not make secondary fire drop the hook and throw the rope instead, for rapelling down buildings, cliffs and stuff?

Throw it off the building and you can climb down just like you climb up.

Just throw it little over the roof near the wall and you can use it to get down with it, difficult to expalin but you should get the picture. It is possible to do that now but takes little accuracy if you cant drop with the "right click".

Have you even used the Grappling hook?!
Right click is to drop it down a wall,.
Left click to throw it ove a wall.

I don't want to drop it.... I want to be able to use it to get between 2 buildings of differing heights.
Either that or add the zipline from SF.

Or either dont go around demanding stuff, what will be seen good and to introduce for the people will be done.

Grappling hooks aren't for swinging like a monkey from building to building.
What works though, is throeing it from a lower building onto a higher building.
Run and jump and press E to grab on.

Right, so you want to cross between buildings on a rope that is only secured on one end, that'll go over well.

Actually, I've seen someone go across most of the buildings in Suburbs of Al Basrah with a grappling hook, without ever touching foot on the ground. Can't remember who did it though.

I think the PR team did a really good job when they gave them to insurgents, you can make some really kick *** ambush points with that thing.
